Zumba: A Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music with dance movements. This class combines fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. Yoga: Yoga can increase your strength, stamina and flexibility along with reducing stress. Wednesdays, 6-7:15 p.m. Cost: $30/4 weeks or $10.00 drop in.
