Yoga

Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing.  Classes begin September 7.Instructor:  Mary Moreland







Fitness Evolution          


Fitness Evolution is a group exercise class that will get you moving to burn those calories away, so get ready to lunge, squat and shake those hips.  Instructor: Amanda TaylorClasses begin September 6.       

                                                                                                                                                               

 

 

 

Fitness Fusion

Fitness Fusion instructor Nancy Cox always keeps it fun and exciting in this new group exercise class.  You will burn calories and have a good time.  Classes begin Tuesday, September 5.

 

 

 

REFIT

REFIT is a dance fitness program for everybody and every BODY.  REFIT is designed to create community through the shared experience of fitness.  Becky Jones is a certified REFIT instructor as well as a licensed Zumba/Zumba Gold instructor.  Classes begin September 6.

 

 


S.F.B.
S.F.B. (strength, flexibility, and balance) is a 45 minute class designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination, as well asimproving participants’ functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense ofwell-being.  Classes begin September 7.Instructor:  Becky Jones                                                                            

 

 


Womens Volleyball League

League plays on Monday evenings, 6-9 pm beginning in early October.  Resident team: $125; non resident team: $140.  Contact the park office at 323-2555 if interested.

 

 

Walk Time 
Gym is available to walk when no other programs are scheduled.  
​$2/month $1/senior citizens.


 

Free to weight room patrons. 
Gym reserved for walkers only from
​1-2 pm Monday-Friday.
