Evening Classes:

Monday  classes are held from 4:30-5:30 pm

Tuesday and Thursday classes are held from 6-7 pm


Saturday Morning Classes:

Wednesday Evening Co-Ed Softball League  

Good sportsmanship, fun and organized competition are the objectives of
our co-ed league.  Games will be played at Riverside Diamond at

Schmoldt Park.  Ages: 16 & above. 

Fee: $80/team-resident.  $95/team-non resident.

Walk Time 
Gym is available to walk when no other programs are scheduled.  
​$2/month $1/senior citizens.
 

Free to weight room patrons. 
Gym reserved for walkers only from
​1-2 pm Monday-Friday.


Boot Camp 


For men and women who feel they need an extra "kick" to get into shape.  This class will focus on cardio workouts 
and will requie some cardio endurance.  Will start in the gym with stretches and a warm up cardio activity.  If weather permits,
will go outside to run stairs, mild jogging and other fun activities.  This is for any age as long as you have some cardio
endurance.  Begins Monday, June 1.

Fee: $200/ team-resident;  $215/team-non resident.

S.F.B.  S.F.B. (strength, flexibility, and balance)

is a 30 minute class designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination, as well as improving participants’ functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense of well-being.  Instructor:  Becky Jones  Begins September 9
