S.F.B. S.F.B. (strength, flexibility, and balance)
is a 30 minute class designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination, as well as improving participants’ functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense of well-being. Instructor: Becky Jones

Beardstown Park District
Yoga Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Instructor: Mary Moreland
Thursdays 5:30-6:45 PM (beginning September 3)
$30/4 classes or $10 per class
12 team league on Monday evenings, 6-9 pm beginning October 5.
Resident team: $125; non resident team: $140.
For men and women who feel they need an extra "kick" to get into shape. This class will focus on cardio workouts and will requie some cardio endurance. Will start in the gym with stretches and a warm up cardio activity. If weather permits, will go outside to run stairs, mild jogging and other fun activities. This is for any age as long as you have some cardio endurance.
