Fitness Fusion instructor Nancy Cox always keeps it fun and exciting in this new group exercise class. You will burn calories and have a good time. Classes begin Tuesday, September 5.
REFIT is a dance fitness program for everybody and every BODY. REFIT is designed to create community through the shared experience of fitness. Becky Jones is a certified REFIT instructor as well as a licensed Zumba/Zumba Gold instructor. Classes begin September 6.
S.F.B. (strength, flexibility, and balance) is a 45 minute class designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination, as well asimproving participants’ functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense ofwell-being. Womens Volleyball League
League plays on Monday evenings, 6-9 pm beginning in early October. Resident team: $125; non resident team: $140. Contact the park office at 323-2555 if interested.
Gym is available to walk when no other programs are scheduled.
