REFIT is a dance fitness program for everybody and every BODY. REFIT is designed to create community through the shared experience of fitness. Becky Jones is a certified REFIT instructor as well as a licensed Zumba/Zumba Gold instructor. Classes begin September 6.
S.F.B. (strength, flexibility, and balance) is a 45 minute class designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination, as well asimproving participants’ functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense ofwell-being.
