S.F.B.  S.F.B. (strength, flexibility, and balance)

is a 30 minute class designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance and coordination, as well as improving participants’ functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense of well-being.  Instructor:  Becky Jones  Begins September 9     
Monday and Wednesday 8:45-9:30 am $24.00/8 classes or $4 per class
Walk Time 
Gym is available to walk when no other programs are scheduled.  
​$2/month $1/senior citizens.

Free to weight room patrons. 
Gym reserved for walkers only from
​1-2 pm Monday-Friday.


Morning Classes:

Monday and Wednesday from 8-8:45 am

Evening Classes:

Monday  classes are held from 4:30-5:30 pm

Tuesday and Thursday classes are held from 6-7 pm

Saturday Morning Classes:

 9:30-10:30 am

Yoga Thursdays 5:30-6:30 PM
